Christmas magic all around

This place is super clean and has the coziest beds! The breakfast buffet was tasty and beats any restaurant. Loved the singing Santa for the kids and the cookies and milk afterwards. Only wish the stores closed a bit later. some close too early.

Belinda at the desk and Jack the doorman made our stay so delightful, and we loved decorating cookies with Santa! The indoor pool and evening Sing-A-Long with Santa offered great fun for the whole family. Our only wish was that we could've stayed longer to enjoy more of the Christmas magic! 🎄

I enjoyed the breakfast with the best omelettes in town. Every morning started off right. The staff were friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere for all. I appreciated the festive decorations that added to the experience. Singing along with Santa was a highlight during our stay, making it memorable for my family with children. I felt a blend of American warmth and holiday spirit, reminiscent of my travels around Europe.

The bathroom fan was noisy and the sink did not hold water well. There was noticeable dust in the room, which affected my comfort.

It was just a fitting option for a lightning trip in Pigeon Forge with fantastic value for money. The staff were very nice and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Try to take part in the daily activities for some extra fun.
